Private viewing
View your vehicle’s bay privately in the member app once your stay, arrival inspection and access are ready. Only you and authorized Carden staff can see it.
Collection & delivery
Four ways to move, each confirmed by the concierge, staged with a single-use handover code and documented by inspection.
We collect your vehicle from your address and bring it to the residence, with an arrival inspection on entry.
After a departure inspection, your vehicle is delivered to the address and time you choose.
Collect the vehicle yourself from the residence at a scheduled time, following its departure inspection.
Drive your vehicle back to the residence at a scheduled time; a new arrival inspection records its condition.

The team records the vehicle’s arrival and completes a condition inspection. You can follow the waiting status until it is complete.
Once the arrival inspection is complete, the vehicle dashboard becomes available. Follow care, files and requests, or leave coordination to the team.
Request collection or delivery. A separate departure inspection documents the vehicle’s condition before release.

A monthly membership — Secure, Signature or Collection — is billed each month and includes the movements listed for its plan. A fixed-term stay covers 2, 3, 6 or 12 months at the monthly storage rate, paid monthly or upfront, with an optional care package or individual services.
