What happens next

Sign in to your existing account to submit a deletion request here. You do not need to create a new account or contact staff to start the request.

When deletion is completed, your sign-in access and personal profile are removed. Outstanding vehicle custody and billing must be resolved before completion. A request does not immediately delete the account or cancel an active stay.

Transaction and vehicle custody records that must be kept by law may be retained. You can cancel a pending deletion request from this page.
