Monthly memberships
Every plan includes an assigned bay with its own camera, arrival and departure inspections, concierge coordination and the member app. Plans differ by the collection or delivery movements they include.

Care packages
Packages are independent of stay duration. Each lists its services, quantities and whether they apply per stay or each month.
Eligibility & terms
These conditions apply to every membership and stay. Carden’s approved service policies govern the final agreement.
Every request is reviewed by Carden; availability is confirmed before a space is reserved.
Vehicle details and handling instructions are required, and supporting documents may be requested.
Access opens after approval, payment, space assignment and a completed arrival inspection.
Fixed-term stays end on their agreed date and do not renew automatically.
Changes, extensions and early endings are reviewed by Carden; early departure does not create an automatic refund.
Movements beyond those included in a plan follow the published tariff or a concierge quote.

What you pay beyond your membership or stay — transport and individual care.
Movement rates are confirmed by the concierge for each request until Carden publishes its tariff. Plan-included movements are not charged.
