Private vehicle viewing

Private viewing

A private view of your vehicle’s bay in the member app, available once your stay, arrival inspection and camera access are ready.

Privacy by design

Only you and authorized Carden staff can view your bay; other members’ vehicles are never visible to you.
Access follows your assignment and is withdrawn when the bay, vehicle or stay changes.
Permissions are rechecked whenever video is requested — hiding a button is never the only safeguard.
Capture a still and, where Carden enables it, a short clip. Continuous recordings stay on the facility’s on-site recorder.

Availability

Your bay’s camera is online and your access is active.

Connectivity or maintenance — you see the reason, never an older recording.

Access is paused while a bay changes or before your stay is ready.

A little closer, wherever you are.
